Recipe idea: Penne tricolore with courgette and curry shrimp

For 4 people:

• 305g Penne Tricolore
• 20 shrimp tails.
• 100 g fresh small tomatoes.
• 1 clove of garlic.
• 1 courgette
• 1 teaspoon curry
• 1 dl cream
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• Salt & Pepper as desired

Preparation:

• Cut zucchini & tomatoes into cubes & skin tomatoes
• Fry chopped garlic with oil in the pan, add shrimp, zucchini and tomatoes
• Boil for 3 minutes, add cream and curry powder and approx. Simmer for 2 minutes.
• Cook penne and add to the sauce later. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
