Return and Refund Policy

At Cupsy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please review the details below to understand our return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- You can not return sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@cupsy.eu. We will provide you with the designated return address upon approval of your return request.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. To assist you promptly, please provide the following:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

Email us at support@cupsy.eu for assistance. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you received. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a refund under the cooling-off period, the item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Perishable goods, such as food and beverages, that have been opened or used.
- Customized or personalized items.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to support@cupsy.eu) or by sending the completed Model Withdrawal Form by email.

Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays for Return Shipping)

If a customer returns an item because they changed their mind (including exercising the EU right of withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including return shipping/postage and packaging costs.

We will cover the return shipping costs only if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or
  • the wrong item was delivered, or
  • we explicitly confirm in writing that we will cover those costs.

If the customer chooses a return shipping method with additional services (such as express delivery or extra insurance), these additional costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cupsy.eu.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are
non-returnable:
- Opened or used energy drinks, coffee, or chocolate products.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
