Recipe idea: Tagliatelle with salmon & radicchio

For 4 people:

• 250g Barilla Collezione Tagliatelle
• 1 small onion.
• 3 tablespoons cream.
• salt, pepper
• 200g fresh salmon
• Extra virgin olive oil as desired.
• 2 Radicchio Hearts "Rosso di Treviso.
• White wine as desired.

Preparation:

1. Chop the onion and fry in oil, then add the cut radicchio and the salmon cut into pieces.
2. Deglaze with white wine and let evaporate, then add the cream and taste.
3. Boil tagliatelle in sufficient water until al dente and add to the sauce
4. Simmer for a few minutes and then serve.
